Ready-to-ship stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Custom made-to-order creations generally take 3 to 7 business days to handcraft from scratch depending on the intricacy of the stitches.

We recommend a gentle hand wash in lukewarm water with mild baby detergent or wool wash. Never wring or twist your crochet piece; gently press water out with a clean towel and dry flat in the shade to maintain shape.

We deliver safely to all parts of Sri Lanka via trusted express couriers (2-3 days). Islandwide delivery is completely FREE on orders over Rs. 15,000, with a flat rate of Rs. 350 for smaller packages.
